Custom 3D Printing Services: Refunds are generally not available for custom 3D printing services due to the personalized nature of these products. Standard Products: For non-customized products (e.g., pre-made 3D printer parts or accessories), refunds are available within 14 days of delivery if the item is returned in its original, unused condition and packaging.
